The position offers a defined employed-to-partner track with direct ownership opportunity in an ambulatory surgery center, ancillary revenue streams across infusion, pathology, and anesthesia, and a 1:6 call rotation that supports sustainable work-life balance. Qualifications
- MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology

- Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start
