About the Community

Flower Mound is a consistently top-ranked Dallas–Fort Worth suburb known for its highly rated public schools, low crime, and exceptional quality of life — a natural draw for physicians relocating with families. Situated roughly 20 miles northwest of downtown Dallas and minutes from DFW International Airport, residents enjoy easy access to the full cultural, dining, and professional amenities of a major metropolitan area while living in a community that retains a distinctly suburban character with abundant parks, trails along Grapevine Lake, and a strong sense of neighborhood. Texas's lack of a state income tax adds meaningful financial upside to an already competitive compensation package.
