About the Community

Ocala sits in north-central Florida, roughly equidistant between Tampa and Jacksonville, offering a lower cost of living than Florida's coastal metros while still providing easy access to them. The region is known as the "Horse Capital of the World," with rolling pastures, the Ocala National Forest, and abundant outdoor recreation including hiking, freshwater springs, and equestrian trails. Oxford is a short drive south of Ocala in the rapidly growing Villages corridor, one of the fastest-expanding communities in the country — a patient base that reflects the area's sustained population growth and demand for specialty care.
