Advanced Urology Centers of New York (AUCNY) is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible urologist to join its Queens, NY practice — one of the largest urology group practices in the United States, with more than 35 locations across the greater New York metropolitan area. The incoming physician steps into an established, high-volume schedule with active referral networks from day one, supported by two attending urologists and an APP in a collegial, team-based environment. A two-year guaranteed base salary, uncapped production bonus, and a defined two-year partnership track make this one of the more structurally transparent opportunities in the New York market. The physician-led governance model preserves clinical autonomy while the national network infrastructure handles operational overhead.

About the Community
Queens is one of New York City's most ethnically and culturally diverse boroughs, home to more than 2.4 million residents and offering direct access to the full breadth of what the New York metropolitan area provides — world-class dining, arts, professional sports, and international airports. The borough's neighborhoods range from the urban density of Flushing and Jamaica to the quieter residential streets of Forest Hills and Bayside, offering a range of living environments to suit different lifestyles and family situations. Proximity to Long Island's Nassau and Suffolk counties, as well as Manhattan, means physicians can live across a wide geographic footprint while remaining well within the AUCNY network's reach.
