A growing private urology practice in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its expanding clinic, slated to open in 2026. This is a structured Monday–Friday outpatient role embedded within a physician-led group of 9 urologists and 8 APPs, offering predictable scheduling, a collegial team environment, and the operational backing of a national urology-focused Management Services Organization. Qualifications

  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania, or eligibility to obtain
  • Clinical experience in urology preferred; candidates with a strong interest in urology and relevant clinical background are encouraged to apply
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both outpatient and inpatient urology patients across the acuity spectrum
  • Comfort functioning within a high-volume, team-based specialty practice environment
