<p>A large, Magnet®-designated academic medical center in Dallas, Texas is recruiting a daytime Hospitalist physician to join a 42-provider Hospital Medicine team at the flagship campus of a seven-hospital health system. The position is based at a 595-bed Level I Trauma Center — the only adult Level I Trauma Center and the only Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center in Southern Dallas — offering a high-acuity, teaching-rich environment with a schedule built for genuine work-life balance. The 14-on/14-off, 12-hour daytime shift structure gives physicians two full weeks off every month while remaining embedded in one of North Texas's most recognized and fastest-growing physician organizations.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification required — American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)</li> <li>Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency program in Internal Medicine required</li> <li>Minimum two years of Hospitalist experience in a Level I Trauma Center setting</li> <li>Active Texas Medical License required at time of hire</li> <li>Active DEA registration required</li> </ul>
