<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program</li> <li>Current, unencumbered Texas NP or PA license with active board certification</li> <li>BLS and ACLS certification required</li> <li>Active DEA registration required</li> <li>Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a surgical APP; prior neurosurgery or critical care experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated competency in pre- and post-operative management of complex surgical patients</li> <li>Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills suited to fast-paced inpatient and OR environments</li> </ul>
