Practice Highlights

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current, unencumbered Texas NP or PA license with active board certification
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Active DEA registration required
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a surgical APP; prior neurosurgery or critical care experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated competency in pre- and post-operative management of complex surgical patients
- Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills suited to a fast-paced inpatient surgical environment
