A full-time, hospital-employed OB/GYN opportunity is open in a rapidly growing suburb within the eastern Dallas-Fort Worth corridor of North Texas. The incoming physician joins an established women's health service line and carries a full-scope practice — obstetric deliveries, gynecologic surgery, and outpatient clinic — supported by a Level III NICU and on-site Da Vinci Xi robotic surgery. Shared specialty call of 1:4 keeps the schedule sustainable, and the surrounding community's booming population of young families ensures strong, durable patient demand. Texas's no-state-income-tax advantage adds meaningful take-home value to an already competitive compensation package.

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive base compensation structured on a 2-year employment agreement with wRVU production bonus
  • Sign-on bonus provided
  • Relocation assistance provided
  • CME support included
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility — facility operates as a not-for-profit, tax-supported hospital district
  • No Texas state income tax — a significant net compensation advantage
  • Long-term earning and panel-growth potential in one of the highest-growth suburban markets in the DFW Metroplex

Practice Highlights

  • Full-scope OB/GYN practice: obstetric deliveries, gynecologic surgery, and outpatient clinic
  • Deliveries performed at a nearby community hospital with full obstetric infrastructure
  • Level III NICU and dedicated Neonatology team on site for higher-acuity obstetric cases
  • Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system available — supports minimally invasive gynecologic procedures
  • Shared specialty call at a favorable 1:4 rotation among the existing OB/GYN team
  • New outpatient clinic purpose-built to serve a fast-growing population of young families
  • Practice growth and upcoming provider retirements create genuine, sustained need for an additional physician — not a replacement role
  • Hospital-employed model with the administrative and operational support of an established health system

Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG)
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain
  • Comfort with full-scope practice: vaginal and cesarean deliveries, minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery, and outpatient women's health
