Pulmonary Critical Care Physician

A fellowship-trained Pulmonary Critical Care physician is needed to join an established high-volume private practice through StaffMed Health Partners in Tucson, AZ. ### What you'll do - Manage a mixed clinical model: approximately 60% outpatient clinic (25 patients/day) and 40% inpatient hospital coverage (15 patients/day) - Conduct 2 dedicated procedure days per week using on-site bronchoscopes, bronchial ultrasound, and pulmonary function testing - Cover hospital call on a 1-week-on / 1-week-off rotation, providing predictable scheduling - Practice Monday–Thursday (8 AM–5 PM) and Friday (8 AM–12 PM) during clinic weeks - Collaborate with an existing physician in a well-established private practice setting ### What we're looking for - MD or DO from an accredited institution - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine - Interventional Pulmonology fellowship or equivalent procedural experience - Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one ### What's included - Competitive base salary with productivity incentives and partnership-track equity potential - Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - Malpractice coverage with tail protection - 401(k) with employer match - CME allowance with dedicated conference time - Generous PTO, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus available ### About the practice This is a well-established, high-volume private pulmonary and critical care practice in Tucson with robust procedural infrastructure and structured clinic support.
