<p>A large, independently owned multi-specialty group in New Mexico is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Endocrinologist to join a fully outpatient practice with no call obligations and a 4.5-day work week. The group operates an exceptionally well-equipped campus — including a high-complexity on-site lab, PET/CT, nuclear camera, bone density, vascular and general ultrasound, echocardiogram, cardiac stress lab, EEG, EMG, a full infusion suite, and MRI coming online this year. Compensation is benchmarked at the 90th percentile or higher, and the practice actively sponsors both J-1 and H-1B visas, making this a strong opportunity for international medical graduates.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism (ABIM)</li> <li>Completion of an ACGME-accredited Endocrinology fellowship following Internal Medicine residency</li> <li>Active New Mexico medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start</li> <li>Comfort managing the full outpatient endocrine spectrum including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal and pituitary disorders, and metabolic conditions</li> <li>J-1 and H-1B visa candidates are welcome and will be sponsored</li> </ul>
