About this role
A full-time, employed urologist opportunity with Carondelet Medical Group at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson, AZ.
### What you'll do
- Manage a mixed practice of 60% outpatient clinic and 40% operating room, seeing approximately 24 patients per day in clinic.
- Perform 15–20 surgical cases weekly covering the full spectrum of general urology.
- Operate with DaVinci Xi robotic system and Aquablation equipment for advanced surgical cases.
- Provide shared weekend call and a minimum of 7 days per month of ER coverage.
- Collaborate within a team of 2 urologists, 1 PA, 1 RN, and dedicated medical assistants.
### What we're looking for
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology.
- Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Commitment to community-based patient care.
- Comfort with high-volume surgical and clinic environments.

- Total first-year compensation of $450,000–$650,000+, including competitive base salary and wRVU production bonus.
