Qualifications
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in hospital medicine, acute care, or a related inpatient setting strongly preferred
- Comfort managing the full spectrum of adult inpatient acuity in a high-volume acute care environment
- Prior leadership, charge, or lead APC experience is an asset for this role
- Board certification appropriate to discipline (ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA)
