Gastroenterology Physician - Tuscon, AZ

A Board Eligible/Board Certified Gastroenterologist is sought by StaffMed Health Partners to join a high-volume outpatient GI practice with an on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center in Tucson, AZ. ### What you'll do - Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy procedures in a newly developed ASC setting - Manage a broad outpatient gastroenterology panel with immediate patient volume - Participate in light call coverage shared among physicians, limited to practice patients only - Apply advanced endoscopy skills (ERCP/EUS) if trained, or practice as a general GI clinician - Operate within a physician-led practice model with clinical autonomy ### What we're looking for - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Gastroenterology - General GI or Advanced Endoscopist background; ERCP/EUS experience preferred but not required - Active or eligible Arizona medical license - Visa sponsorship not available — candidates must be independently work-authorized ### What's included - Competitive base salary plus productivity bonus - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance - $200,000 loan support program - Employed or Employee-Equity (EE) partnership track with ASC ownership potential - CME allowance and malpractice insurance coverage ### About the practice This physician-led outpatient GI group operates a newly developed Ambulatory Surgery Center in Tucson and offers long-term partnership and equity opportunities.
