OB/GYN Hospitalist in Little Rock, AR

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a full-time OB/GYN Hospitalist to join a well-established perioperative women's health practice in Little Rock, AR. ### What you'll do - Cover labor and delivery, OB ED support, and emergent gynecologic care on a hospitalist schedule - Provide care for unassigned OB patients and in-house gynecologic services - Work within a double-coverage hospitalist model providing consistent in-house physician presence - Collaborate with advanced practice providers and a multidisciplinary clinical team - Participate in clinical education and quality improvement initiatives - Apply strong obstetric emergency management skills in a structured inpatient setting ### What we're looking for - BC/BE in OB/GYN - Strong general OB/GYN clinical skills with proficiency in obstetric emergency management - Team-oriented, patient-focused approach to care - Active Arkansas medical license or ability to obtain one ### What's included - Base rate of $210/hour (approximately $436,800 annualized at a standard 2,080-hour equivalent) - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available - Predictable schedule of 5–8 24-hour in-house shifts per month - Comprehensive benefits package including well-being resources and CME allowance - Professional liability insurance with tail coverage - No billing or coding responsibilities ### About the practice This well-established perioperative women's health practice in Little Rock operates with a double-coverage hospitalist model and a supportive clinical leadership structure.
