A large physician services organization is recruiting a hospital-based Otolaryngologist to join an adult-focused, acute-care ENT program in Ocala, Florida. The role centers on trauma and emergent ENT — complex facial trauma, laryngotracheal injuries, and urgent inpatient consults — with built-in schedule balance through a shared on/off arrangement with a dedicated ENT partner. Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology (American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery)
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology residency
  • Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain
  • Demonstrated comfort with traumatic and emergent ENT procedures, including external ear repair, laryngotracheal injuries, and complex facial trauma
  • Prior trauma or acute care ENT experience preferred
