Cardiac Anesthesia - Partnership Opportunity

A large cardiac anesthesia group — the largest in Oklahoma — is adding Cardiac Anesthesiologists to their team in Oklahoma City, OK, through a partnership with StaffMed Health Partners. ### What you'll do - Perform cardiac anesthesia cases as your primary clinical focus, with the option to cover up to 100% cardiac volume - Participate in shift-based scheduling with call coverage on a minimal rotation - Collaborate within a group of 36 anesthesiologists (17 cardiac-focused) and 4 anesthesiologist assistants - Optionally take on general anesthesia cases per personal preference - Pursue partnership track within the group structure ### What we're looking for - Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology - Some prior cardiac anesthesia experience required; cardiac fellowship training is not mandatory - Ability to work independently in a high-volume, cardiac-focused environment - Comfortable with shift-based and on-call responsibilities ### What's included - Earning potential up to $750,000 annually with shift-based compensation and call pay - 1099 independent contractor status with partnership opportunity - 8 weeks of time off per year - Ability to shelter up to $250,000 annually through multiple retirement vehicles - Minimal call schedule supporting quality of life ### About the practice This is the largest cardiac anesthesia group in Oklahoma, with a well-established team of 36 anesthesiologists and a dedicated cardiac subspecialty division.
