Neurosurgery Spine in Detroit

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a fellowship-trained Spine Neurosurgeon for a full-time employed position within an established neuroscience program in Detroit, MI. ### What you'll do - Manage a mixed caseload of spine and general neurosurgery procedures in the OR and clinic settings - Follow a schedule of 3–4 clinic days per week with 1–2 OR/procedure/call days per week - Share call responsibilities across a team of 5 providers - Perform inpatient rounding with dedicated support from 8 on-site NPs providing 24/7 coverage - Utilize on-site PACS and specialized neurosurgical resources across multiple affiliated facilities ### What we're looking for - BE/BC in Neurosurgery (MD or DO) - Fellowship training in Spine Neurosurgery required - Ability to handle a blended spine and general neurosurgery practice - Eligible for privileges across multiple affiliated facilities in the Detroit metro area ### What's included - Competitive compensation package with full benefits - Health, dental, life, and disability insurance - Retirement/401(k) plan options - Paid time off plus CME allowance - Malpractice insurance with tail coverage - In-house support for billing, coding, collections, and marketing ### About the practice This employed position is embedded within a mature neuroscience program featuring robust inpatient infrastructure and multi-site privileges across the Detroit metro area.
