A hospital-employed Urogynecology opportunity in Tampa, Florida is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS) specialist to anchor a rapidly growing Pelvic Floor program. The practice feeds directly from a busy five-physician Urology group and a large GYN referral base, creating immediate, high-volume case flow with minimal local competition. Three on-campus robots, dedicated robotics APPs, and 24/7 in-house anesthesia support a sophisticated surgical environment — and Florida's zero state income tax adds meaningful take-home value to an already competitive compensation package.
