StaffMed Health Partners is placing a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a part-time behavioral health role serving skilled nursing facilities in Fredericksburg, TX. ### What you'll do - Conduct psychiatric evaluations for residents in skilled nursing facilities using a round-and-go model - Manage medications and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response - Provide follow-up care and monitor behavioral health outcomes - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across facilities - Complete remote documentation within 48 hours of patient encounters ### What we're looking for - Active PMHNP certification - Valid Texas licensure (or eligibility) - Background in behavioral health or post-acute/skilled nursing settings preferred - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Comfort operating in a round-and-go, multi-facility model ### What's included - Productivity-based (fee-for-service) compensation; expected annual range $53,752–$64,503 - Uncapped productivity bonus potential - Two-day-per-week schedule with weekday flexibility - Professional liability insurance coverage - Access to wellness resources and professional support ### About the practice StaffMed Health Partners is a staffing and practice management firm placing advanced practice providers in flexible, community-based roles across Texas.
