Cardiac Anesthesiologist | Central Michigan Region

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologist for an established anesthesia program in the Central Michigan region. ### What you'll do - Deliver cardiac-focused anesthesia for advanced cardiovascular surgical procedures - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiac team across the perioperative continuum - Manage a diverse surgical case mix within a supportive OR environment - Participate in a team-oriented culture with strong administrative and perioperative infrastructure ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology - Fellowship training or equivalent clinical experience in cardiac anesthesia - Active Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain - Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care delivery ### What's included - $550,000 base salary plus $35,000 cardiac stipend - Up to $25,000 annual metric-based bonus - $150,000 sign-on bonus - Relocation assistance - Generous paid time off - Comprehensive benefits and retirement options ### About the practice StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting on behalf of an established, cardiac-focused anesthesia program in Central Michigan with a broad surgical case mix and a collaborative perioperative team.
