Lead Neuropathy Provider

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Lead Neuropathy Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) on behalf of an established outpatient clinic network in Missouri City, TX, to deliver dedicated peripheral neuropathy care across assigned clinic locations. ### What you'll do - Serve as the lead clinical provider responsible for day-to-day patient care at outpatient neuropathy clinic sites - Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations including medical histories, physical examinations, and neuropathy-specific assessments - Develop and manage individualized treatment plans aligned with established clinical protocols and advanced treatment technology - Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care plans based on clinical progress - Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and care expectations - Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient workflows and a high-quality patient experience ### What we're looking for - Active MD, DO, NP, or PA license in Texas, in good standing - Board Certified or Board Eligible, as applicable to credential type - Background in primary care or a related clinical field preferred - Comfortable practicing independently with support staff in an outpatient setting - Strong patient communication and education skills - Commitment to patient-centered, protocol-driven care ### What's included - Competitive base compensation of $200,000–$275,000 depending on qualifications, with performance incentive potential - W2 or 1099 engagement options available - Half-day Fridays built into the standard schedule - State medical license fees covered; VEA fees covered where applicable - Additional compensation for float coverage assignments to offset travel expenses - Comprehensive onboarding and clinical protocol training provided ### About the practice This established outpatient clinic network focuses exclusively on the evaluation and treatment of peripheral neuropathy, using proven protocols and advanced treatment technology.
