About this role
StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a full-time NP or PA for an Emergency Medicine role at a community-based emergency department in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine.
### What you'll do
- Provide autonomous advanced practice coverage in a 9-bed community emergency department
- Operate under a solo coverage APP model with strong clinical support
- Manage an annual ED volume of approximately 10,963 visits
- Perform procedural skills required for emergency medicine practice
- Work 12-hour day shifts (7a–7p)
### What we're looking for
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) with active Maine licensure or eligibility
- Prior Emergency Medicine experience required
- Strong procedural skill set appropriate for an independent ED coverage model
- Ability to function effectively in a solo advanced practice clinician setting
