About this role

A general Cardiologist opportunity with a large, independently owned multi-specialty practice in New Mexico, recruited through StaffMed Health Partners. ### What you'll do - Provide general cardiology care within a robust outpatient-focused multi-specialty group - Utilize an on-site high-complexity cardiac lab including echocardiogram, nuclear camera, and PET/CT - Perform and interpret cardiac stress testing in a full on-site stress lab - Collaborate with an established referral network spanning Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Endocrinology, Rheumatology, and Hematology/Oncology - Contribute to the expansion of specialty services within an underserved regional market ### What we're looking for - Board-certified or board-eligible general Cardiologist (MD or DO) - Active or eligible New Mexico medical license - Candidates eligible for J-1 or H-1B visa sponsorship are welcome to apply - Collegial team player comfortable in an outpatient or hybrid care environment - Commitment to accessible, high-quality cardiovascular care in the region ### What's included - Compensation at the 90th percentile or higher with aggressive base salary and RVU bonus structure - Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance - Comprehensive benefits package - PTO and dedicated CME time off with CME allowance - J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available ### About the practice This independently owned multi-specialty physician group serves its regional community across New Mexico with a mission centered on accessible, high-quality care. On-site resources include a full-service high-complexity lab, digital radiology, vascular and general ultrasound, nuclear imaging, PET/CT, and an MRI suite coming soon.
