Practice Highlights

Qualifications
- MD or DO required; board certification or board eligibility in Emergency Medicine strongly preferred
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians with substantive emergency department experience will also be considered
- Prior administrative or leadership experience preferred — candidates without formal administrative background are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with APCs and nursing staff
- Strong patient-facing communication and customer service orientation
- Active Ohio medical license or eligibility to obtain
