Vascular Surgery Opportunity - West Florida

A vascular surgeon is sought to join a longstanding private group practice on the west coast of Florida, partnered through StaffMed Health Partners. ### What you'll do - Perform vascular surgical procedures across approximately two dedicated surgery days per week - See patients in an outpatient office setting approximately three days per week - Cover a single 204-bed acute care hospital with a dedicated Heart and Vascular Center - Collaborate with three general surgeons and one APP within a small, cohesive practice - Participate in call coverage with associated call pay ### What we're looking for - Board-certified or board-eligible vascular surgeon - Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Comfortable operating within a community-based private group practice model - Strong interpersonal skills suited to a close-knit, team-oriented environment ### What's included - Competitive compensation package with call pay - Relocation assistance available - CME time off and allowance - Generous PTO, including half-day Fridays - Comprehensive benefits package - 401(k) participation eligibility ### About the practice The practice has been serving its community for over 30 years and maintains a strong reputation among local referring physicians.
