Ortho Hip & Joint Physician

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a fellowship-trained Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join a high-volume orthopedic service line in Tucson, AZ. ### What you'll do - Manage a 60% outpatient / 40% surgical workload averaging 25 clinic patients per day and 8–12 surgeries per week - Perform MAKO robotic-assisted total joint procedures including knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle reconstruction - Work within a Certified Joint Replacement Center recognized for quality outcomes - Participate in a shared, manageable call rotation - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across a seamlessly integrated clinic-to-OR-to-inpatient campus ### What we're looking for - MD or DO from an accredited institution - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery - Completed Adult Reconstructive Surgery fellowship training - Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one ### What's included - Competitive base salary with productivity incentives - Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - Malpractice coverage with tail protection - 401(k) with employer match - CME allowance with dedicated conference time - Generous PTO, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus available ### About the practice StaffMed Health Partners operates a rapidly expanding orthopedic service line built around a strong existing referral base, enabling new surgeons to carry a full schedule from day one.
