Mohs Surgeon

A Mohs Micrographic Surgeon is needed at a physician-led dermatology practice operated through StaffMed Health Partners in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. ### What you'll do - Perform high-volume Mohs micrographic surgery with in-house lab support - Interpret frozen-section histology and direct staged excisions to clear margins - Manage reconstruction following Mohs resection across a range of repair complexity - Work within a strong referral pipeline sourced from in-practice and community dermatologists - Collaborate with experienced histotechnicians in a dedicated on-site Mohs lab ### What we're looking for - ACMS-accredited Mohs surgery fellowship — required - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (ABD) — required - Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Ability to sustain and grow a high-volume surgical practice ### What's included - Competitive starting guarantee at 70% of Mohs collections, with uncapped surgical productivity bonus - Signing bonus and relocation assistance - Equity/shareholder pathway available - Full benefits: health, dental, vision, 401(k), and malpractice coverage with tail - CME reimbursement and paid time off ### About the practice This is a physician-led dermatology practice in Milwaukee's major metro market with clinical autonomy, an in-house Mohs lab, and experienced histotechnician support.
