StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) for a full-time behavioral health role serving skilled nursing facilities in Tyler, TX. ### What you'll do - Conduct psychiatric evaluations for residents in skilled nursing facilities on a round-and-go model - Manage medications and develop individualized treatment plans - Complete remote documentation within 48 hours of patient encounters - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across post-acute settings - Maintain a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend requirements ### What we're looking for - Active Texas PMHNP license (required) - DEA registration (preferred) - Experience in behavioral health or post-acute/skilled nursing facility settings (preferred) - Ability to work independently within a round-and-go outpatient model ### What's included - Productivity-based (fee-for-service) compensation with expected annual earnings of $153,000–$181,000 - Uncapped productivity bonus potential - Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) - Paid time off and parental leave - Relocation assistance available - Professional development support and referral incentives ### About the practice StaffMed Health Partners places advanced practice providers in post-acute and behavioral health settings, emphasizing provider autonomy and schedule quality.
