Orthopaedic Surgeon | Central Florida

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting an Orthopedic Surgeon with a primary focus on total joint surgery to join an established group practice serving the Kissimmee/Poinciana area of Central Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform total hip and knee replacement procedures as the primary surgical focus - Provide inpatient coverage at a single community hospital - Collaborate within a group of 9 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers - Support a growing single-location clinic with planned expansion - Deliver community-focused orthopaedic care in one of Florida's fastest-growing corridors ### What we're looking for - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery - Demonstrated experience with total hip and total knee procedures - Team-oriented approach and commitment to community-based care - Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is a plus - Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one ### What's included - Competitive base salary through an employed position with a national physician services organization - Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) - Malpractice coverage provided - Paid Time Off (PTO) - CME time and financial allowance - Strong operational and leadership support infrastructure ### About the practice The group consists of 9 physicians and 3 APPs operating out of a single clinic with inpatient coverage at a community hospital in the Kissimmee/Poinciana area.
