The group — 48 physicians, 50 APPs, and 245 employees strong — has served the region for over 25 years across 14 full-time offices covering a service area the size of Maryland. The incoming physician will join two established heart failure cardiologists and will play a foundational role in building out a new transplant program at one of the highest-performing cardiovascular facilities in the country.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease (ABIM) required</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology (ABIM) required</li> <li>Active Texas medical license or demonstrated ability to obtain</li> <li>Clinical experience or fellowship training in LVAD management, ECMO, and/or cardiac transplantation strongly aligned with program-building goals</li> </ul>
