A 318-bed regional medical center in the Rocky Mountain region of Idaho is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Urologist to join an established general urology practice based in a Medical Office Building directly on the hospital campus. The facility has served as the healthcare anchor for its region since 1986 and carries a rare concentration of tertiary services — including a Level II Trauma Center, the state's only Burn Center, and the region's only Level III NICU and Pediatric ICU — giving a urologist access to a high-acuity, diverse referral base that is uncommon outside a major academic center. The compensation structure pairs an exceptional base salary with an RVU incentive model, and the community offers year-round outdoor recreation alongside a vibrant arts and culture scene.

Idaho's cost of living remains well below national urban averages, and the region offers highly rated schools and a strong sense of community. For clinicians seeking the clinical depth of a tertiary referral center without the pace and cost of a major metropolitan area, this setting is a compelling fit.
