A urologist is needed to join an established private practice with a partnership track through StaffMed Health Partners in Nacogdoches, TX.
### What you'll do
- Provide full-scope urological care alongside an experienced urologist in a well-supported outpatient and surgical setting
- Perform robotic-assisted procedures using the Da Vinci Xi, Greenlight laser therapy, and ESWL
- Cover a 1:3 call schedule plus unassigned ED call averaging 7 days per month with additional compensation
- Operate within an ASC adjacent to the hospital, with partnership and investment options available
- Engage with a robust primary care referral network across the East Texas region
- Build long-term ties to the community as a key member of a 75-physician medical staff
### What we're looking for
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology
- New graduates and experienced urologists are equally welcome to apply
- Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Commitment to patient care and active community involvement

### About the practice
This is an established urology group supported by experienced administrative and clinical staff with professional practice management in place. The affiliated hospital is a 161-bed acute care facility featuring an 11-bed ICU, Level IV Trauma Center, Designated Primary Stroke Center, on-site ASC, MRI/CT, and a cath lab. Nacogdoches offers a low cost of living, no state income tax, and convenient access to Houston, Dallas, and Shreveport.
