StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting an Emergency Medicine Physician for a Level III emergency department in El Paso, TX. ### What you'll do - Provide full-scope emergency medicine care across a 30-bed Level III ED - Manage a steady annual volume of approximately 27,500 patients - Maintain efficient patient throughput at a 1.9-patients-per-hour pace - Work flexible scheduling blocks that support work-life balance - Function as an independent contractor (1099) with autonomy over your practice ### What we're looking for - Board-certified or board-eligible Emergency Medicine physician (MD or DO) - Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain one - Comfortable managing the full acuity range of a Level III emergency department - Strong procedural skills and independent clinical decision-making ### What's included - Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus - Competitive hourly rate plus RVU incentive compensation - 1099 independent contractor structure for maximum earning potential - Professional liability insurance with tail coverage provided - Flexible scheduling model ### About the practice This well-established emergency department is supported by long-tenured local leadership and a cohesive clinical team.
