Anesthesiologist | Central Michigan Region

An established anesthesia program in the Central Michigan region is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist to join a collaborative care team through StaffMed Health Partners. ### What you'll do - Provide anesthesia services within a multi-OR surgical suite supporting a broad range of specialties - Collaborate with CRNAs in a team-based anesthesia care model - Manage cases across general surgery, orthopedics, GI, urology, obstetrics, plastics, and pediatric procedures - Support neonatal cases with the backing of a strong perioperative team - Contribute to a patient-focused, team-oriented clinical environment ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology - Ability to work effectively within a collaborative anesthesia care team model - Comfort with a diverse surgical case mix including pediatric and obstetric cases - Active Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain ### What's included - Base salary of $475,000 - $150,000 sign-on bonus - $50,000 retention bonus beginning at year three - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage - Retirement savings options - Professional liability insurance with tail coverage - Generous paid time off - Relocation assistance available ### About the practice This anesthesia program operates within a well-supported hospital setting in Central Michigan, offering a multi-OR environment with a diverse and high-volume surgical case mix.
