Nephrologist

A private nephrology practice affiliated with a regional medical center is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Nephrologist to join two established physicians serving the Coachella Valley community in Indio, CA. ### What you'll do - See approximately 10 patients per half-day across four outpatient clinic days per week (Monday–Friday) - Conduct hospital rounds on approximately 10 inpatients daily - Participate in a 1:3 weekend call rotation covering rounds at two hospital facilities - Manage patients across four affiliated dialysis centers in Indio, La Quinta, Coachella, and Rancho Mirage - Engage with a diverse patient population supported by bilingual clinical and administrative staff ### What we're looking for - MD or DO degree with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Nephrology - Completion of an ACGME-accredited nephrology fellowship - Active California medical license or demonstrated ability to obtain one ### What's included - Base salary range of $350,000–$420,000 annually - Partnership track with two established physicians - Negotiable sign-on bonus and loan repayment - Participation in managed care agreements including IPAs, PPO, private plans, and Medi-Cal - Bilingual staff support across clinical and administrative functions ### About the practice This established private nephrology group has built a strong referral base and reputation serving the Coachella Valley for years.
