About this role

A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available at an outpatient physical therapy clinic operated by StaffMed Health Partners in Noblesville, IN. ### What you'll do - Provide physical therapy services with minimal supervision across a general outpatient caseload. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals and condition. - Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides in day-to-day clinical operations. - Document patient progress using accepted medical terminology and standard clinic formats. - Maintain collaborative relationships with patients, caregivers, and referring healthcare providers. ### What we're looking for - Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program. - Valid Indiana Physical Therapy License or Registration (required prior to start date). - Completed outpatient orthopedic clinical rotation during training. - Current CPR certification. - Ability to work 40 hours per week, including occasional early or late shifts. ### What's included - $10,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. - Student loan reimbursement of $350/month in addition to base salary. - Total compensation exceeding $100,000 annually for experienced therapists (base + performance bonuses + loan reimbursement). - Comprehensive health insurance via Blue Cross/Blue Shield (PPO and HSA options); dental, vision, disability, and supplemental life also available. - Company-matching 401(k) retirement plan. - Generous PTO plus extended illness days (EID). - Unlimited CEU access, national certification support, and annual performance-based salary reviews. ### About the practice StaffMed Health Partners places therapists with one of the nation's largest outpatient physical therapy networks, with a focus on clinical excellence and structured professional development.
