Urology Hospitalist

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Urology Hospitalist for a hospital-based, inpatient-focused position in Gainesville, FL. ### What you'll do - Manage inpatient urology consults across a single hospital campus - Round daily on hospitalized urologic patients - Cover emergent and acute urologic procedures - Perform robotic-assisted surgery as indicated - Help shape clinical workflows as part of a newly established urology hospitalist program - Follow an on/off block schedule for structured work-life predictability ### What we're looking for - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology - Adult urology focus; pediatric cases not included - Prior experience preferred but new attendings considered - Robotic surgery proficiency an asset - Florida medical license or ability to obtain one - Eligible candidates may receive visa support ### What's included - Competitive compensation through an employed model with a large physician services organization - Comprehensive and flexible benefits package - CME time and allowance - Occurrence-based malpractice coverage - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates ### About the practice This is a newly launched urology hospitalist program at a single hospital in Gainesville, FL, offering a clinician the rare chance to build workflows and define the standard of care from the ground up.
