Neurosurgery Skull in Detroit

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a fellowship-trained Skull Base Neurosurgeon for a full-time, employed position with a high-volume neurosurgery group in Detroit, MI. ### What you'll do - Perform skull base and general neurosurgery cases across multiple affiliated facilities - Maintain a schedule of 3–4 clinic days per week with 1–2 OR/procedure/call days per week - Share call responsibilities across a 5-provider neurosurgery team - Utilize on-site PACS and modern imaging technology for case planning and intraoperative guidance - Collaborate with 24/7 APP/NP support for inpatient rounding and care continuity ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with Board Eligible or Board Certified status in Neurosurgery - Fellowship training in Skull Base Neurosurgery (required) - Eligible for Michigan state medical licensure - Ability to practice across multiple affiliated hospital facilities - Commitment to building a long-term, high-volume surgical practice ### What's included - Competitive base compensation with productivity incentives - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability - Retirement plan with employer contribution - CME allowance and paid time off - Malpractice coverage including tail - Dedicated administrative support for billing, coding, collections, marketing, and website development ### About the practice This employed neurosurgery group operates across multiple affiliated facilities in the Detroit metro area with strong specialist and infrastructure support.
