About this role

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a full-spectrum OB/GYN physician to join a physician-led women's health group in Bloomington, Illinois. ### What you'll do - Provide full-spectrum obstetric care, covering both high- and low-risk pregnancies, averaging 10–15 deliveries per month - Perform gynecologic surgery including minimally invasive procedures and da Vinci robotic surgery during a dedicated weekly OR block - See approximately 20–25 patients per day across three clinic days per week - Participate in a home-based call rotation of roughly 1:6–1:7, with CNMs handling routine labor and taking first call - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including CNMs, women's health NPs, pelvic-floor PT, and an on-site psychotherapist ### What we're looking for - BC/BE in Obstetrics and Gynecology - Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Proficiency or interest in minimally invasive gynecology and robotic surgery - Commitment to collaborative, team-based women's health care - J-1, H-1B, or TN visa candidates are eligible — sponsorship available ### What's included - Base salary $350K with total first-year compensation exceeding $500K; second-year target of $750K - Salary range: $300,000–$450,000 annually with productivity upside - $60,000 sign-on bonus; relocation assistance available - Partnership eligibility after two years (W-2 employment) - Four weeks PTO, one week CME with $5,000 allowance, and seven paid holidays - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage; malpractice insurance; 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing ### About the practice This physician-led women's health group in Bloomington, Illinois operates with a robust support structure of five OB/GYN physicians, seven CNMs, four WHNPs, a pelvic-floor physical therapist, and an on-site psychotherapist. Partner hospitals provide Level II NICU access and dedicated OB-specific operating suites. The group's integrated care model covers the full spectrum of women's health needs under one roof.
