Interventional Cardiology Outside of Houston

An Interventional Cardiologist is needed to join a private cardiology group just outside of Houston, TX, where StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting on behalf of an established practice replacing a retiring partner. ### What you'll do - Perform interventional cardiology procedures as part of a five-cardiologist, five-APP group - Step into an established patient panel built by a retiring physician - Collaborate with APPs who manage front-line calls and clinic support - Practice across both clinic and hospital settings with APP assistance - Pursue ASC ownership as an additional income stream upon partnership ### What we're looking for - Board certification or board eligibility in Interventional Cardiology - Physician comfortable transitioning into an existing, active patient practice - Collegial team player suited to a longstanding, close-knit partnership model - Texas medical license or ability to obtain one ### What's included - $700,000 base salary plus production bonus - Partnership track at one year with no buy-in required - Partner earning potential of $1.2M–$1.5M annually - Sign-on bonus - ASC ownership opportunity providing additional income - Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, and matching 401(k) ### About the practice This private cardiology group of five cardiologists and five APPs operates in a community just outside Houston, offering broad access to a major metropolitan area while maintaining a tight-knit practice culture.
