Pediatric Surgery Physician

A full-time Pediatric Surgeon is needed at a children's hospital within a major health network, placed by StaffMed Health Partners in Boca Raton, FL. ### What you'll do - Provide comprehensive surgical care for patients ranging from premature newborns through adolescents up to age 18 - Perform procedures across cervical, thoracic, and abdominal regions addressing conditions of the respiratory, digestive, biliary, genitourinary, and dermatologic systems - Collaborate with a full complement of pediatric subspecialists including Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Hematology/Oncology, and Cardiology - Operate in a high-volume, multidisciplinary environment with access to advanced technology and a well-established APP support team - Maintain an outpatient clinic component alongside inpatient and surgical responsibilities ### What we're looking for - MD or DO degree from an accredited institution - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Surgery - Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one ### What's included - Competitive base salary with productivity incentives - Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance - Malpractice coverage with tail protection - 401(k) with employer match - CME allowance with dedicated conference time - Generous PTO, relocation assistance, and sign-on bonus available ### About the practice This pediatric surgical program is housed within a children's hospital that is part of a major regional health network serving Palm Beach County and surrounding South Florida communities.
