A rapidly growing, physician-led Neuroscience Institute in the northern suburbs of Chicago is recruiting a dual-fellowship-trained Neurocritical Care physician with Vascular Neurology training to join a multidisciplinary team building a destination-level neurosciences program. The 509-bed campus — the largest within its health system and one of the largest facilities in the northern Chicago suburbs — holds Comprehensive Stroke Center designation and serves a broad referral catchment spanning northern and central Illinois and eastern Wisconsin. Compensation is structured as a salary-based employed model ($300,000–$500,000) with no wRVU predication, reflecting the institute's commitment to recruiting nationally competitive talent.

Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Neurology (ABPN)
  • Fellowship training in Neurocritical Care required
  • Fellowship training in Vascular Neurology required
  • Active Illinois medical license or eligibility to obtain
  • Comfort with high-acuity neurovascular and neurocritical patient populations in a comprehensive stroke center environment
  • Cap-exempt H-1B visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
