A full-time Anesthesiologist is needed by an established anesthesia program in North Central Massachusetts, placed through StaffMed Health Partners. ### What you'll do - Deliver anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix spanning multiple specialties - Work within a collaborative care team model alongside CRNAs and fellow anesthesiologists - Support efficient perioperative workflows within a well-organized surgical environment - Share call responsibilities through a balanced, team-distributed call model - Apply a patient-focused approach in all phases of perioperative care ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology - Active Massachusetts medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Comfort working in a collaborative anesthesia care team with CRNAs - Ability to manage varied surgical cases across multiple subspecialties - H-1B or J-1 visa candidates welcome — sponsorship is available ### What's included - Base salary of $500,000 per year - Annual performance metric bonus of $25,000 - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Retirement savings plan - Professional liability coverage with tail insurance included - CME allowance and professional development support - Generous paid time off ### About the practice This anesthesia program operates with a team-based model that pairs anesthesiologists and CRNAs in a structured, supportive perioperative environment.
