<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO degree from an accredited institution</li> <li>Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery residency</li> <li>Fellowship training in Sleep Surgery required</li> <li>Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology (American Board of Otolaryngology)</li> <li>Eligible for Illinois medical licensure</li> <li>Specialized expertise in the surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea and related upper airway disorders</li> <li>Strong communication skills and demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, multidisciplinary care</li> </ul>
