<p>A one-of-a-kind Neuroscience Institute in the northern suburbs of Chicago is recruiting a fellowship-trained Sleep Surgeon to join its rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary subspecialty team. This is a rare employed opportunity embedded within a 509-bed comprehensive stroke center — the largest campus in the northern Chicago suburbs — where state-of-the-art operating rooms equipped with advanced navigation technology support a full spectrum of neuroscience and ENT surgical care. The position offers a salary range of $300,000–$500,000 annually with compensation structured entirely independent of wRVUs, making it one of the more distinctive compensation models available in academic-adjacent ENT practice today.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO degree from an accredited institution</li> <li>Completion of an ACGME-accredited Otolaryngology – Head &amp; Neck Surgery residency</li> <li>Fellowship training in Sleep Surgery required</li> <li>Board-certified or board-eligible in Otolaryngology (American Board of Otolaryngology)</li> <li>Eligible for Illinois medical licensure</li> <li>Specialized expertise in the surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea and related upper airway disorders</li> <li>Strong communication skills and demonstrated commitment to patient-centered, multidisciplinary care</li> </ul>
