GI Hospitalist | Coastal Florida

StaffMed Health Partners is placing a GI Hospitalist at a 515-bed community hospital in Pensacola, FL. ### What you'll do - Provide hospital-based gastroenterology consultation and inpatient procedural care - Maintain a primarily Monday–Friday daytime schedule with approximately Q5 call coverage for nights and weekends - Perform diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures for admitted patients - Optionally maintain an occasional outpatient clinic based on personal preference - Collaborate within a supportive clinical environment that includes evolving GME programs ### What we're looking for - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology - Open to both experienced gastroenterologists and new graduates - EUS and ERCP skills preferred - Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one ### What's included - Competitive compensation (specific range not disclosed) - Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance - Retirement plan with 401(k) - CME allowance and dues/subscriptions - Occurrence-based malpractice coverage ### About the practice This is an employed GI Hospitalist role embedded within a full-service, 515-bed community hospital in Pensacola.
