Anesthesiologist | Southeastern Wisconsin

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a full-time Anesthesiologist for an established anesthesia program in Southeastern Wisconsin. ### What you'll do - Provide anesthesia care across a diverse surgical case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, gynecology, and podiatry - Support cardiac cath procedures as part of routine case coverage - Work within a collaborative care team model alongside CRNAs and fellow anesthesiologists - Contribute to approximately 10,000 surgical cases annually - Operate within efficient perioperative workflows with strong institutional support ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology - Active Wisconsin medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Comfort managing a broad general anesthesia case mix - Ability to work collaboratively within an anesthesia care team environment ### What's included - Base salary of $575,000 - $150,000 sign-on bonus - Retention and longevity bonuses - 10 weeks paid time off - Relocation assistance - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage - Retirement savings plans - Professional liability insurance with tail coverage ### About the practice This anesthesia program in Southeastern Wisconsin handles approximately 10,000 surgical cases per year with a well-rounded case mix and efficient perioperative systems in place.
