<p>A rapidly growing, internationally recognized multidisciplinary Neuroscience program in the northern suburbs of Chicago is recruiting a Cranial Neurosurgeon to join an independent, physician-led group of neurosurgeons, ENT skull base specialists, neuro-oncologists, and neurologists. The practice is anchored at a 509-bed comprehensive stroke center — the largest campus in the northern Chicago suburbs — and operates within a fully integrated, next-generation interdisciplinary care model. Compensation ranges from $600,000 to $900,000+ on a non-wRVU model, and cap-exempt H-1B visa sponsorship is available. This is a high-acuity, high-autonomy position for a cranial surgeon who wants to build a program alongside world-class subspecialists.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>MD or DO degree required</li> <li>Board certification or board eligibility in Neurosurgery (ABNS)</li> <li>Fellowship training in Skull Base Surgery and/or Neuro-Oncology strongly preferred</li> <li>Proficiency in open and endoscopic cranial approaches, vascular neurosurgery, and subcortical surgery</li> <li>Eligible to obtain Illinois medical licensure</li> <li>Cap-exempt H-1B visa sponsorship available for qualified international candidates</li> </ul>
