About this role

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a board-certified Physician Assistant to join a high-volume Cardiology team at a major health system in Dallas, TX. ### What you'll do - Manage an independent panel of cardiology patients across both inpatient rounding and outpatient clinic settings - Perform and interpret stress tests, echocardiograms, and nuclear stress tests - Conduct preoperative evaluations and oversee postoperative cardiac care - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiac care team to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans - Participate in a Monday–Friday schedule with weeknight phone-only call and one weekend of call per month - Contribute to a practice engaged in advanced surgical procedures and national research initiatives ### What we're looking for - Board certification via NCCPA or AANP/ANCC with a valid Texas PA license (or eligibility) - Cardiology experience strongly preferred - Proficiency in ordering and interpreting cardiac diagnostics including ECHOs, stress testing, and nuclear stress tests - Ability to practice independently in both clinic and hospital environments - Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills - Vietnamese language proficiency is highly valued ### What's included - Competitive base salary with productivity incentives - No Texas state income tax - Health, dental, and vision insurance plus 401(k) with employer match - CME allowance and PTO - Professional development opportunities within a research-active health system ### About the practice This role is embedded within one of the largest and most respected healthcare systems in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area, supporting a collaborative cardiology division known for clinical excellence and active participation in national research.
