Dermatology Physician Assistant

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a physician-owned, full-scope dermatology group in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with one clinical day per week at a satellite office in Harrison, AR. ### What you'll do - Deliver medical dermatology care across a broad patient population - Assist with surgical dermatology procedures including excisions and reconstruction under physician supervision - Support Mohs surgery workflows, including pre- and post-procedure patient care - Interpret diagnostic reports and coordinate with the in-house dermatopathology lab - Provide cosmetic and aesthetic services such as injectables and laser treatments - Cover the Harrison satellite clinic one day per week, contributing to regional outreach ### What we're looking for - Minimum 2 years of APP experience in dermatology under a board-certified dermatologist - Demonstrated proficiency in dermatologic procedures, excisions, and Mohs workflows - Comfort working in a surgical environment and managing post-surgical patients - Strong diagnostic, procedural, and patient communication skills - Active Arkansas license or eligibility to obtain state credentials - PA-C (Physician Assistant — Certified) credential required ### What's included - Base salary (Year 1): $150,000 – $175,000 - Incentive plan with total compensation potential up to approximately $300,000 based on production and performance - Health benefits, retirement plan, paid time off, and CME support - Malpractice coverage (details confirmed at offer) ### About the practice This physician-owned dermatology group operates a flagship Fayetteville location featuring an on-site Ambulatory Surgery Center, an in-house Mohs laboratory, and dedicated surgical support staff.
