About the Community
Kingston sits along the Susquehanna River in the Wyoming Valley of Northeastern Pennsylvania — a region that combines revitalized riverfront communities, a low cost of living, and four-season outdoor recreation in a way few markets can match. The Pocono Mountains are 30 minutes south, offering skiing at Montage Mountain, hiking to the Ricketts Glen waterfalls, and fishing on pristine trout streams, while downtown Wilkes-Barre delivers craft breweries, dining, and year-round family festivals. Philadelphia is two hours south and New York City is two and a half hours east, making this an ideal base for physicians who want genuine community connection without sacrificing access to major metropolitan amenities.
