Post-Acute Care Physician

A primary care physician is needed to join StaffMed Health Partners at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Tucson, AZ, serving one of the nation's largest physician-led post-acute care organizations. ### What you'll do - Provide primary care to patients in a post-acute skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting - Manage medically complex patients transitioning from acute hospital care to rehabilitation - Conduct daily rounds with interdisciplinary care teams including NPs, therapists, social workers, and nursing staff - Carry shared call responsibilities within a Monday–Friday day schedule ### What we're looking for - MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school - Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one - New graduates and experienced physicians are both welcomed ### What's included - Competitive base salary with uncapped monthly productivity bonuses - Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance - Full W-2 benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with employer match - Paid malpractice coverage with tail - CME allowance and paid time off ### About the practice StaffMed Health Partners recruits for one of the country's largest physician-led post-acute care organizations, operating a network of 500+ facilities nationwide.
